Cookies

Ingredients

2 sticks cold and cubed salted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 1/3 cups ap flour
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Using electric mixer, cream butter & sugars until well blended & fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time & beat until well incorporated.
2. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking power & soda. Stir to combine. Then add to mixer & mix until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
3. Scoop dough out into approx. 4 oz portions.
4. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper & bake 18 minutes or until very lightly browned, taking care not to over bake.
